Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "fund" refers to the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics teacher recruitment fund established by section 3 of this chapter. As added by P.L.118-2016, SEC.23.

Sec. 3. The science, technology, engineering, and mathematics teacher recruitment fund is established. The commission shall administer the fund. As added by P.L.118-2016, SEC.23.

Sec. 4. The fund consists of: (1) appropriations made to the fund by the general assembly; and (2) grants, gifts, and donations intended for deposit in the fund. As added by P.L.118-2016, SEC.23.
