Title 16, TITLE 16. HEALTH

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a local health department that is approved to receive additional funding as set forth in IC 16-46-10-2.2. As added by P.L.164-2023, SEC.51.

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "person" means an individual, employer, employer association, nonprofit organization, for-profit organization, institution of higher education, health insurance plan, health ministry, or any combination of these. As added by P.L.164-2023, SEC.51.
