Sec. 12.5. (a) "Designated family member", except as provided in subsection (b), has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-43(a). (b) "Designated family member", for purposes of IC 9-32-19, has the meaning set forth in IC 9-32-19-5. As added by P.L.42-2025, SEC.23.

Sec. 19. "Electronic signature" means an electronic sound, symbol, or process attached to or logically associated with an electronic record and executed or adopted by a person with the intent to sign the electronic record. As added by P.L.104-2024, SEC.31.
