The agreements may provide for financial contributions from participating public agencies, private fire departments, and emergency response service entities and may provide for in-kind contributions of land, equipment, and personnel from such public agencies, private fire departments, and other entities providing emergency response services. 2006 Acts, ch 1179, §47, 67
