The alarm system contractor shall pay to the political subdivision of the state or its designee the fees collected under this section in accordance with the instructions of the political subdivision or the political subdivision’s designee. \~\~ 2. \~\~ Fees collected by an alarm system contractor under this section shall not be subject to audit by a political subdivision or the political subdivision’s designee. 2020 Acts, ch 1121, §89, 90
