Proof of actual injury need not be established. \~\~ 4. \~\~ Habitual intoxication or addiction to the use of drugs. \~\~ 5. \~\~ Revocation or suspension of licensure, or other disciplinary action by the licensing authority of another state, territory, or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any foreign country.
