103.37 Injunction. Any person who is not legally authorized to practice in this state according to this chapter, who practices, or in connection with the person’s name, uses any designation tending to imply or designate the person as authorized to practice in this state according to this chapter, may be restrained by permanent injunction. 2007 Acts, ch 197, §47, 50 Referred to in §103.38
