1 ACCESSIBILITY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, §104A.1
104A.1 Intent of chapter. It is the intent of this chapter that standards and specifications are followed in the construction of public and private buildings and facilities which are intended for use by the general public to ensure that these buildings and facilities are accessible to and functional for persons with disabilities.
