The authority shall be responsible for providing technical assistance and application assistance to applicants under the programs, negotiating contracts, and providing project follow up. \~\~ 2. \~\~ For the period beginning July 1, 2009, and ending June 30, 2011, two hundred thousand dollars of the moneys deposited in the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund shall be allocated each fiscal year to the Iowa finance authority for purposes of administering the Iowa jobs program and Iowa jobs II program, notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 3 , paragraph “c” . \~\~ 3. \~\~ a. \~\~ During the term of the Iowa jobs program and Iowa jobs II program, the Iowa finance authority shall collect data on all of the projects approved for the programs. The department of management and the state agencies associated with the projects shall assist the authority with the data collection and in developing the report required by this subsection . The authority shall report quarterly to the governor and the general assembly concerning the data. \~\~ b. \~\~ The report shall include but is not limited to all of the following: \~\~ (1) \~\~ The nature of each project and its purpose. \~\~ (2) \~\~ The status of each project and the amount and percentage of program funds expended for the project. \~\~ (3) \~\~ The outside funding that is matched or leveraged by the program funds. \~\~ (4) \~\~ The number of jobs created or retained by each project. \~\~ (5) \~\~ For each project, the names of the project contractors, state of residence of the project contractors, and the state of residence of the contractors’ employees. \~\~ c. \~\~ The authority shall maintain an internet site that allows citizens to track project data on a county-by-county basis. 2009 Acts, ch 173, §7, 36 ; 2010 Acts, ch 1184, §86, 87, 96 ; 2011 Acts, ch 34, §10, 11 ; 2011 Acts, ch 131, §52, 158 ; 2011 Acts, ch 133, §28, 50 ; 2012 Acts, ch 1021, §134 ; 2013 Acts, ch 142, §13
