29C.12A Participation in funding disaster recovery facility. All state government departments and agencies may participate in sharing the cost of the design, construction, and operation of a disaster recovery facility located in the joint forces headquarters armory at Camp Dodge. State departments and agencies may use funds from any source, including but not limited to user fees and appropriations for operational or capital purposes, to participate in the facility. 91 Acts, ch 263, §36; 2013 Acts, ch 29, §22 Referred to in §331.381
