30.1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. “Committee” means a local emergency planning committee appointed by the department. 2. “Department” means the department of homeland security and emergency management. 3. “Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-know Act” means Pub.
