The number of eligible electors signing petitions required for printing the name of a candidate upon the official primary ballot shall be one hundred for an office to be filled by the voters of the entire city and twenty-five for an office to be filled by the voters of a subdivision of the city. \~\~ 2. \~\~ Notwithstanding any statute to the contrary, a candidate for precinct committee member may also file as a candidate for one additional office. \~\~ 3. \~\~ Objections to nomination petitions and certificates of nominations shall be filed and decided as provided in section 43.24 .
