The training shall consist of, at minimum, the following topics: \~\~ a. \~\~ The operating procedures specific to any amusement ride the attendant will control, including the specific duties applicable to each of the amusement ride’s assigned positions. \~\~ b. \~\~ The general procedures of the carnival or fair. \~\~ c. \~\~ The general safety procedures, and safety procedures specific to any amusement ride the attendant will control, that the attendant must follow in the event of an unusual condition, interruption in operation, injury, emergency, or evacuation. 2021 Acts, ch 71, §1 ; 2021 Acts, ch 174, §42 – 44
