The division shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A to expand the list of information required if the division decides to follow the recommendation. \~\~ b. \~\~ Expansion of the list of hazardous wastes reported to the department of natural resources under 42 U.S.C. §6921 – 6934 as amended to January 1, 1981 , or information required concerning the wastes.
