The board shall meet as often as deemed necessary, upon the call of the chairperson, or at the request of a majority of the members of the board. \~\~ 2. \~\~ Members of the board are entitled to be reimbursed for actual expenses while engaged in their official duties. Members may also be eligible for compensation as provided in section 7E.6 .
