A license shall only be valid for the duration of the fair or community festival indicated on the application. \~\~ c. \~\~ The number of bingo occasions conducted by a licensee under this section shall be limited to one for each day of the duration of the fair or community festival. \~\~ d. \~\~ The rules for the bingo occasion are posted. \~\~ e. \~\~ Except as provided in this section , the provisions of this chapter related to bingo shall apply. \~\~ 3. \~\~ An individual other than a person conducting the bingo occasion may participate in the bingo occasion conducted at a fair or community festival, whether or not conducted in compliance with this section . \~\~ 4. \~\~ Bingo occasions held under a license under this section shall not be counted in determining whether a qualified organization has conducted more than fifteen bingo occasions per month.
