In addition, a participant in an amusement concession as authorized by this chapter at a fair, amusement park, or arcade, may also make payment by credit card. \~\~ 3. \~\~ The department shall adopt rules setting minimum standards to ensure compliance with applicable federal law and for the protection of personal information consistent with payment card industry compliance regulations.
