The division shall determine, in its sole discretion, the placement of the self-service kiosk. \~\~ c. \~\~ The self-service kiosk may dispense change to a purchaser but shall not be used to dispense cash winnings for a lottery ticket or product to a player. \~\~ d. \~\~ The self-service kiosk shall not extend or arrange credit for the purchase of a lottery ticket or product. 2016 Acts, ch 1031, §2, 3 ; 2023 Acts, ch 19, §2320 ; 2024 Acts, ch 1043, §44 ; 2024 Acts, ch 1182, §100
