Injunction.

Any person who is not legally authorized to practice in this state according to this chapter , who practices, or in connection with the person’s name, uses any designation tending to imply or designate the person as authorized to practice in this state according to this chapter , may be restrained by permanent injunction. 2007 Acts, ch 197, §47, 50 Referred to in §103.38
