Auditing.

All provisions of sections 11.6 , 11.11 , 11.14 , 11.21 , 11.31 , and 11.41 , relating to auditing of financial records of governmental subdivisions which are not inconsistent with this chapter are applicable to the department and its offices, warehouses, and depots under this chapter .
