Organizational structure of district board.

A district board is a governing body for purposes of chapter 670 and a district health department is a municipality for purposes of chapter 670 . All meetings of a district board shall comply with the requirements of chapter 21 and all records of a district board and a district health department shall be maintained in accordance with chapter 22 . 2010 Acts, ch 1036, §9
