Construction of chapter relative to other health care directives.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to interfere with the authority or responsibilities of an agent operating under a valid durable power of attorney for health care pursuant to chapter 144B or of the powers and duties granted to a guardian pursuant to section 232D.401 , 232D.402 , or 633.635 . 2019 Acts, ch 18, §6 ; 2020 Acts, ch 1063, §63 ; 2021 Acts, ch 80, §78
