Definitions.

As used in this subchapter , unless the context otherwise requires: 1. “Alliance” means the loess hills alliance created in section 161D.5 . 2. “Authority” means the loess hills development and conservation authority created in section 161D.1 . 3. “Fund” means the loess hills development and conservation fund created in section 161D.2 . 99 Acts, ch 119, §3 ; 2000 Acts, ch 1154, §15
