Definitions.

As used in this chapter , unless the context otherwise requires: 1. “Department” means the department of agriculture and land stewardship. 2. “Certificate of veterinary inspection” or “certificate” means the same as defined in section 163.2 . 2004 Acts, ch 1163, §20 Further definitions, see §159.1
