Administrative rules.

The department shall adopt rules in order to administer the Iowa farmers’ market nutrition program. If another state agency is involved in the administration of this chapter , the other state agency shall cooperate with the department in adopting its rules. 2007 Acts, ch 84, §5 Licensing of vendors at farmers’ markets, see chapter 137F
