Annual report.

The department shall annually report no later than October 1 on the period ending with the June 30 preceding, pursuant to section 217.22 , itemized departmental expenditures concerning each program under the department’s administration and adequate and complete statistical reports for the state as a whole concerning all payments made under the department’s administration.
