Jurisdiction — support obligation.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter , and for the purposes of establishing a parental liability obligation for a child under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, a support obligation shall be established pursuant to section 234.39 . 92 Acts, ch 1195, §302 ; 94 Acts, ch 1171, §7
