State child care assistance and adoption subsidy programs — expenditure projections.

The department, the department of management, and the legislative services agency shall utilize a joint process to arrive at consensus projections for expenditures for the state child care assistance program under section 237A.13 and adoption subsidy and other assistance provided under section 600.17 . 2008 Acts, ch 1187, §115 ; 2023 Acts, ch 19, §689
