Procedure.

A proceeding under this chapter shall be held in accordance with the rules of civil procedure, except as otherwise set forth in this chapter and in chapter 664A , and is in addition to any other civil or criminal remedy. 2017 Acts, ch 121, §12 Referred to in §915.50
