Orders subject to administrative modification.

An order meeting all of the following conditions is eligible for administrative modification under this subchapter . 1. The order is subject to the jurisdiction of this state for the purposes of modification. 2. Child support services is providing services pursuant to chapter 252B . 3. The child was conceived or born during a marriage or paternity has been legally established. 4.
