Regional metropolitan service area.

Two or more contiguous counties, cities, or cities and counties may establish a regional metropolitan service area to provide for the joint delivery of services by an agreement under this chapter , subject to the limitations and requirements of sections 331.232 , 331.260 , 331.261 , and 331.262, subsection 9 . 91 Acts, ch 256, §1
