Scheduled fines — penalty.

A person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted pursuant to this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise established, or who aids or abets a person in a failure to comply with this chapter or a rule adopted pursuant to this chapter , is subject to the fine provided in section 805.8A, subsection 13 , paragraph “e” . 97 Acts, ch 104, §55, 61 ; 2001 Acts, ch 137, §5
