Sale of consumer fireworks — limitation.

A county shall not adopt or enforce any ordinance under this chapter to regulate, restrict, or prohibit the location of permanent buildings or temporary structures used for the sale of consumer fireworks pursuant to section 10A.519 , in any location zoned for commercial or industrial purposes. 2022 Acts, ch 1019, §1, 4 Similar provision, see § 414.1(1) (f)
