Definitions.

1. “Commandant” means the commandant appointed pursuant to section 35A.8 . 2. “Commission” means the commission of veterans affairs established in section 35A.2 . 3. “Commissioner” means a member of the commission of veterans affairs. 4. “Department” means the Iowa department of veterans affairs established in section 35A.4 .
