Notwithstanding sections 331.302 , 331.307 , 364.3 , and 364.22 , a city or county may assess a civil penalty for a violation of this subchapter III which is equal to the amount the department has assessed for a violation under this subchapter III . 93 Acts, ch 137, §8 ; 2021 Acts, ch 76, §98
