Local ordinance — curbside collection.

A city council or county board of supervisors which provides for the collection of solid waste by its residents shall consider as a proposed ordinance, the mandatory curbside collection of recyclable materials which have been separated from other solid waste. The proposed ordinance shall be considered in accordance with chapter 331 or 380 . 92 Acts, ch 1215, §17
