Disciplinary action — commercial manure service representatives.

The department may issue an order to suspend or revoke the certification of a commercial manure service representative for a violation of this chapter . The department shall issue an order for the suspension or revocation of a certificate as provided in chapter 17A . The department may issue an order to immediately suspend or revoke the certification notwithstanding section 17A.18 . 2003 Acts, ch 163, §12, 23
