Consent to jurisdiction.

A person committing any act governed by chapter 502 , 502A , this chapter , chapters 505A through 523G , or 523I constitutes consent by that person to the jurisdiction of the commissioner of insurance and the district courts of this state. 2006 Acts, ch 1117, §16 ; 2011 Acts, ch 25, §61
