Judicial review of the acts of commissioner of insurance may be sought in accordance with the terms of the Iowa administrative procedure Act, chapter 17A . [C24, 27, 31, 35, 39, § 8623; C46, 50, 54, 58, 62, §506.8; C66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, §506.9 ] 2003 Acts, ch 44, §114
