Public records.

Upon disposition, all rates, supplementary rate information, and supporting information filed with the commissioner pursuant to this chapter shall be a public record under chapter 22 , except any information marked by the insurer or the filer as confidential, trade secret, or proprietary pursuant to section 22.7 , and that is accepted by the commissioner. 2021 Acts, ch 73, §13
