Rules.

The division of insurance may adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A as necessary and appropriate to implement this chapter , and may make further recommendations to the general assembly for the protection of residents and prospective residents of facilities under this chapter . 89 Acts, ch 217, §10 ; 2004 Acts, ch 1104, §46
