Violations of law — referrals to the department of health and human services.

If the commissioner discovers a violation of a provision of this chapter or any other state law or rule concerning the disposal or transportation of human remains, the commissioner shall forward all evidence in the possession of the commissioner concerning such a violation to the department of health and human services for such proceedings as the department of health and human services deems appropriate. 2005 Acts, ch 128, §22 ; 2023 Acts, ch 19, §1222
