Commingling of care funds by governmental subdivisions.

A governmental subdivision subject to this section may commingle care funds for more than one cemetery for the purposes of investment and administration and may file a single report, if each cemetery is appropriately identified and separate records are maintained for each cemetery. 2005 Acts, ch 128, §46
