Effect on existing banks.

1. The corporate existence of a state bank existing and operating on July 1, 1995, is not affected by the amendment of this chapter . 2. All state banks are subject to the provisions and requirements of this chapter in every particular, and all national banks, out-of-state banks, and federal savings associations, now or hereafter doing business in this state, are subject to the provisions of this chapter , to the extent applicable, from July 1, 2021.
