Single act evidence of practice.

In an action brought under section 542.14 or 542.15 , evidence of the commission of a single act prohibited by this chapter is sufficient to justify a penalty, injunction, restraining order, or conviction, without evidence of a general course of conduct. 2001 Acts, ch 55, §16, 38
