Unfair practice — penalties.

A violation of this chapter is a violation of section 714.16, subsection 2 , paragraph “a” . Any civil penalty recovered for a violation of this chapter shall be deposited in the veterans trust fund created in section 35A.13 . 2018 Acts, ch 1115, §6
