Public community or junior colleges.

All proceedings heretofore taken by or on behalf of any school corporation for the organization, establishment and maintenance of a public community or junior college therein are hereby legalized, validated and confirmed. [C66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, §594A.4 ]
