Fees of deceased fiduciary.

When a fiduciary dies, all fees to which the fiduciary’s personal representative and the fiduciary’s attorney are entitled shall be a charge against the estate assets until paid. [C66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, §633.204 ]
