Subchapter II procedures to govern.

1. If the court orders the heirs property partitioned in kind, the proceedings shall be governed by the procedures set forth in subchapter II that are applicable to a partition in kind. 2. If the court orders the heirs property partitioned by sale, the proceedings shall be governed by the procedures set forth in subchapter II applicable to a partition by sale. 2018 Acts, ch 1108, §32
