Data to agency making arrest or taking juvenile into custody.

The clerk of the district court shall forward conviction and disposition data to the criminal or juvenile justice agency making the arrest or taking a juvenile into custody within thirty days of final court disposition of the case. [ C81, §692.21 ] 95 Acts, ch 191, §48 ; 96 Acts, ch 1034, §57
